Candle Care

Our scented pillar candles have been lovingly made and extensively tested to provide you with hours of blissful aromas.

⦿ Remove candle cover card.

⦿ Ensure you always burn your candle on a flat, even, heat-resistant surface, away from children, pets and flammable materials.

⦿ Trim your wick to ~5mm before every burn and ensure the wax melt pool is free from debri.

⦿ When using your candle for the first time, burn for 2.5 hours until an even melt pool has formed. Every subsequent burn should not exceed 2.5 hours.

⦿ Once lit do not move and never leave it unattended. Ensure the candle is away from any heat sources e.g. oven that may affect its burn.

⦿ Once the wax has cooled replace the cover card and store in a cool, dark place.

Disclaimer

Due to the nature of pillar candles these candles may drip wax when lit, therefore ensure you place them on a flat, even, heat-resistant surface, such as a candle plate. Please keep away from flammable and sensitive materials. If excessive dripping does occur simply extinguish the flame, allow to harden, remove any excess wax, and relight.

Wax Melt Care

Our wax melts are highly scented with only pure essentials oils and therefore should last approximately 15 hours.

⦿ Burn in a well-ventilated area away from children, pets, and flammable materials.

⦿ Ensure your wax/oil burner is free from debris and any previous fragrance.

⦿ Only use 4-hour tealights to ensure your burner does not become damaged or too hot.

⦿ Place 2 or 3 buttons in your burner at a time. Do not add water and do not mix scents.

⦿ Once lit do not move the burner and never leave a lit tea light unattended.

⦿ You can continue to use your wax melt until no more fragrance is released. To remove the remaining wax or to change the scent, allow the wax to cool and pop out the melt, wipe down the melt dish, and reuse. If it does not remove easily, put the burner in the fridge for 10 minutes.
