Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We currently only ship to the UK and Ireland.
We aim to dispatch all items within 5 business days. During busier periods such as christmas it may take longer, but we will notify you beforehand via announcements on our website / Instagram.
We have flat rate postage and packaging fees:
- Over £50 (excluding gift cards) - Free
- Under £55 - £2.99
All items are sent via Royal Mail service. You will be notified when your shipment has been sent.
Seasonal Delivery Periods
The postal and other delivery services will be extremely busy over periods such as Christmas delivery times may take longer than usual for which we cannot be responsible as these matters are beyond our control.
International Orders
Some of our products are temperature sensitive. We cannot accept any liability, which is hereby excluded to the full extent permitted by the laws of England, for any perished Products when shipped outside UK mainland areas owing to the fact that we have no control over temperature during transit.
Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any questions or spot an issue with your product, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help.
Cancelling the Order
We will accept the return of an unused product within 14 days of purchase.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process a full refund (excluding shipping). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
Please provide receipt of purchase.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, and in their original packaging and condition. If not, they may not be eligible for refund, or will be subject to a restocking fee, at 50% of the original price.
Sale (excluding launch day) and seconds items are not eligible for refunds.
Complaints
We operate a complaints handling policy which means that any complaint should be notified in writing at the above address and you have our assurance that your complaint will be carefully investigated and you will receive a reply from us.
